Costs & earnings
What will it cost me?
Nothing upfront. The machines, delivery, installation and all maintenance are free. Your only cost is the electricity to run them.
Is there a set-up fee?
No. Setting up is completely free.
Is this the same as arcade machine hire?
It works like long-term arcade machine hire, but without a hire fee. We supply, install and maintain the machines, and instead of paying rent you share the takings through our profit share, paid monthly. There are no contracts.
How much will I earn?
You receive a share of the takings through our profit share. What that adds up to depends on your venue, your footfall and the machines, so we’ll talk you through it properly at your free site visit.
How often do I get paid?
Every month.
Am I tied into a contract?
No. We don’t do contracts. Our machines stay because they earn their place in your venue.

What machines do you supply?
Boxing machines, Prize Every Time cranes, racing games, video and shooting games, strength and skill games, pool and football tables, and kiddie rides. See all our machines.
Who chooses the machines?
We recommend the right mix for your space and your customers at the free site visit, and we’re always happy to take your ideas on board.
What happens if a machine goes wrong?
Let us know by phone or WhatsApp and our local technicians will fix it, at no cost to you.
What if a machine isn’t earning well?
We’re constantly monitoring performance and change machines regularly to improve revenue, so your line-up stays fresh.
Can players pay by card?
Yes. Our boxing machines and pool tables take contactless card and phone payments as well as coins, and we can fit card readers to many of our other machines too. We can also install a contactless change machine that turns cards, phones and notes into £1 coins.
Do you supply pool tables?
Yes. We supply pool tables free on our profit share, and every table takes contactless and coins. See our pool tables.
Do you have machines for young children?
Yes. We supply kiddie rides, Prize Every Time cranes, air hockey and football tables and family-friendly video games, ideal for play centres and holiday parks.
Do I need a licence for your machines?
Machines that don’t pay out cash or prizes, such as boxers, video and racing games, pool and air hockey tables and kiddie rides, are generally not gaming machines. Our guide Do you need a licence for arcade machines? explains more, and your local licensing authority can confirm what applies to you.
Your venue
How much space do I need?
We can work with any space, whether it’s enough for one machine or one hundred.
What do I need to provide?
Just the space and the electricity. We handle everything else.
What kind of venues do you work with?

Which areas do you cover?
We cover venues within about 2.5 hours of our base in Crediton, Devon, including Devon, Cornwall, Somerset, Dorset, Bristol, Gloucestershire, the New Forest and west Hampshire, Wiltshire, south Worcestershire and south-east Wales.
How quickly can you install machines?
Once we’ve agreed the right machines at your free site visit, we’ll book in an install date that suits you, avoiding your busiest times.

Do you sell arcade machines?
We sometimes have used machines for sale. See our For Sale page for what is currently available.
Do you repair machines you didn’t supply?
No. Our technicians maintain and repair the machines we supply to our partner venues, but we don’t repair machines we haven’t supplied.
